Flexapil Flow ("the App") is an appointment system used by the Pilates studio Flexapil Flow, based in Archaia Epidauros, Greece. This Privacy Policy describes how user information is collected, used, and protected when using the App.

3. Permissions

Users can create an account using a username and password. Guest access is also available without creating an account.

• Delete their account and associated data at any time using the built-in “Delete Account” button

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for users of all ages. It does not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 13 without parental consent.

User data is securely stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, which complies with industry standards for security and privacy. This includes:

• GDPR compliance for European users
• End-to-end encryption and access control

Data may be stored on servers located outside of your country of residence, including outside of the EU.
